About the Role
Artee Flow Controls Private Limited is looking for a detail\-oriented and enthusiastic Proposal Estimation Engineer to join our Gas Detection Systems team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing techno\-commercial proposals, studying customer inquiries and tender documents, deriving Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and coordinating with the sales team to deliver accurate and competitive quotations.
Key Responsibilities
\* Receive customer inquiries and RFQs from the sales team.
\* Review and understand tender documents, specifications, and customer requirements.
\* Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) based on project requirements and customer specifications.
\* Prepare technical and commercial proposals for gas detection systems.
\* Coordinate with internal departments for technical clarifications and costing.
\* Prepare cost estimates and support quotation preparation.
\* Ensure timely submission of proposals while maintaining accuracy and quality.
\* Maintain proposal documentation and records for future reference.
\* Support the sales team during pre\-bid and post\-bid activities, as required.
\* Technical discussion with customers.
\* Updating CRM on day\-to\-day basis
\* Coordination with Sales team regularly.
\* Maintaining the costing sheet.
\* Techno\-Commercial discussions with the parent companies.
Required Qualifications :
\* Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electrical.
\* Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of experience in proposal engineering, estimation, instrumentation, automation, fire \& gas systems, or industrial products are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹10,000\.00 \- ₹50,000\.00 per month
