The CNC Supervisor leads daily 2nd shift manufacturing operations, fostering a strong culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement. This role ensures production goals are met by coordinating staffing, training, workflow, and quality standards. The supervisor engages employees through clear communication of performance metrics and regular 1:1 discussions while upholding all company policies, safety practices, and 5S principles. In partnership with Human Resources, this position supports recruiting, performance management, and employee development while continuing making Protolabs a great place to work! Monday to Friday 3pm-11pm
