This role will be approximately 3-6+ month contract role with a fixed hybrid schedule (onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; remote Monday/Friday) in Maple Plain, MN. Join Protolabs’ Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE) team as a Contract Talent Acquisition Coordinator. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to the global recruiting team, helping to attract, engage, and hire top talent across the organization. You will play a key role in coordinating recruiting activities, managing candidate logistics, and ensuring a seamless hiring process from start to finish. This position is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting a fast-paced, global talent acquisition function.
