We’re looking for an Account Manager who keeps our corporate clients well served, well delivered, and growing with us.
What you’ll do
- Manage and grow your allocated client accounts. You are their go-to person at PEEPL.
- Coordinate project delivery with internal departments, from kickoff to final report.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and client documents that win the next project.
- Spot upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Growth is part of the job.
- Handle client complaints quickly and within SLA.
- Keep client administration tidy in Odoo and the Client Folder.
