Arbeit Group is currently looking for an experienced Lead Java Developer to join a high-impact enterprise technology team. If you're a hands-on technical leader with deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, AWS Cloud, and Microservices Architecture, this is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, mission-critical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of enterprise applications using Java and Spring Boot
- Architect and develop scalable RESTful APIs and Microservices
- Drive software engineering best practices, code quality, and system design standards
- Build and support cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions
- Mentor development teams and provide technical leadership across projects
- Support CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and modern DevOps practices
Requirements
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in Java application development
- Strong expertise in Java Spring Boot
- 6+ years of experience building and supporting REST APIs
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS services, including:
- - ECS
- - Lambda
- - S3
- - SQS
- - SNS
- Strong knowledge of:
- Microservices Architecture - CI/CD Pipelines - Infrastructure as Code (IaC) - Enterprise Application Development
- Experience as a Senior Developer, Senior Software Engineer, Technical Lead, or Lead Developer
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia
Nice to Have
- Frontend development experience
- Exposure to modern UI frameworks and full-stack development
- Experience working in large-scale cloud transformation projects
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
