Key Responsibilities:
Test Automation: Create, run, and maintain UI, API, and visual test scripts using Katalon Studio (Groovy/Java) and object repositories.
Test Case Design: Analyze requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to design structured manual and automated test cases.
Defect Reporting & Tracking: Identify, log, prioritize, and track software bugs using Jira (or similar tools), providing detailed replication steps and execution logs.
Framework Maintenance: Maintain reusable Test Objects, Profiles, Data Files, and Custom Keywords within Katalon Studio.
Execution & Reporting: Execute daily/weekly automated regression suites and analyze test reports using Katalon TestOps, surfacing actionable failure insights to developers.
Collaboration: Work side-by-side with developers, product managers, and manual QA peers in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver sprint goals.
