1. Membuat dan/atau menyediakan report Vintage, LOR, WO, Profit Margin, Customer Profile dan Tools yang dibutuhkan Credit Analyst dalam melakukan analisa kredit.
2. Membuat report Productivity, SLA, Approval Rate dan Accuracy Rate serta NPL (Non-Performing Loan) untuk monitor performance Credit Analyst.
3. Memberikan training kepada Credit Analyst baru dan training yang berkelanjutan kepada seluruh Credit Analyst.
4. Membuat dan/atau menyediakan Report Performance Cabang (Vintage, LOR, WO, Profit Margin, Customer Profile) dan Tools untuk menunjang analisa Credit Analyst.
5. Membuat Report Performance Credit Analyst (Productivity, SLA, Approval Rate dan Accuracy Rate serta NPL (Non-Performing Loan).
6. Membuat Review Kebijakan yang berjalan dan Report Progress Project yang berhubungan dengan Credit Analyst.
