- Ability to understand system flows, API/integration concepts, data flows, and application dependencies at a functional level.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies, SDLC, and project management practices.
- Proficiency in documentation and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, or similar tools.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple initiatives, and prioritize competing business requirements.
- Experience working with banking regulations, compliance requirements, or industry standards is an advantage.
