Registered General Nurse responsibilities include:
Assessment, planning and implementation of care including completion of documents. Nurses should administer medications via the appropriate route and ensure appropriate nutritional intake. Nurses should communicate with patients and their families. Supervise junior staff and do discharge planning_._
Registered General Nurse Role Requirements:
- NMC Registration 6 months
- Minimum 6 months experience post qualification as a Registered General Nurse.
- To meet compliance requirements including DBS.
- Right to work in the UK- Proof will be required.
