Technical Skills
- Pega Platform Expertise: Deep mastery of Pega PRPC, case management, data modeling, decisioning strategies, flow rules, and data pages.
- UI/UX Architecture: Experience with Constellation architecture or traditional section/harness/skin rules.
- Integrations: REST/SOAP services and connectors, JMS, MQ, database integrations, and security protocols (OAuth, JWT).
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with Pega Cloud, AWS, or Azure deployments, alongside CI/CD pipelines (Pipeline/Jenkins/Docker).
- Upgrades & Performance Tuning: Experience upgrading major Pega versions (e.g., Pega 8.x to Pega Infinity / newer releases) and diagnosing tracer/PAL performance bottlenecks. [1, 2, 3, 4]
Certifications
- Mandatory / Preferred: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (LSA - Part 1 & 2) or senior-level Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) with extensive architect-track delivery.

- Exceptional communication skills to present technical trade-offs to business and executive stakeholders
