We are looking for a skilled Python Developer with advanced Python programming knowledge and 1–4 years of practical experience to join our technical team. The ideal candidate should have strong problem-solving abilities, hands-on experience with automation and scripting, and familiarity with browser automation tools such as Selenium and Playwright.
The candidate will be responsible for handling a wide range of Python-related development tasks, building automation solutions, maintaining existing scripts, improving operational efficiency, and supporting internal technical requirements.
We are looking for someone who can work independently on assigned tasks, troubleshoot complex issues, and deliver reliable, efficient, and maintainable code.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize Python scripts, applications, and automation solutions.

Handle day-to-day Python development tasks, including data processing, file handling,
API integration, and workflow automation.

Build and maintain browser automation scripts using Selenium and Playwright.

Automate repetitive manual tasks to improve operational efficiency and reduce human
intervention.
- Work with REST APIs, HTTP requests, JSON data, authentication, and third-party
integrations.

Perform web scraping and automated data extraction where permitted.

Identify, debug, and resolve errors, exceptions, and performance issues in Python
applications.

Write clean, reusable, well-structured, and maintainable code.

Develop automated test scripts and perform functional testing where required.

Work with databases and perform data extraction, transformation, and processing.

Integrate Python scripts with existing systems, tools, and internal workflows.

Monitor automation jobs, troubleshoot failures, and improve reliability.

Document scripts, technical processes, and implementation details.

Collaborate with other developers and technical team members to complete assigned
projects and tasks.
Required Technical Skills
- Advanced Python: Strong knowledge of Python fundamentals, OOP, data structures,
exception handling, decorators, generators, and modular programming.
- Selenium: Practical experience with browser automation, locators, waits, browser
sessions, and handling dynamic web elements.
- Playwright: Experience automating browser interactions, handling asynchronous
operations, managing contexts, and testing dynamic web applications.
- API Integration: Experience working with REST APIs, HTTP methods,
request/response handling, JSON, headers, and authentication.
- Automation and Scripting: Ability to automate repetitive tasks, browser-based
workflows, and data-processing activities.
- Debugging: Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical
issues.
- Data Handling: Experience with CSV, Excel, JSON, XML, file processing, and data
manipulation.

Version Control: Familiarity with Git and code management practices.

Database Knowledge: Basic to intermediate experience with SQL databases and
writing queries.
- Code Quality: Understanding of reusable functions, modular architecture, logging, and
error handling.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience with asynchronous Python using asyncio and async/await.

Eligibility Criteria
