Your Next Career Move
As a Test Engineer Intern, you'll work alongside experienced QA engineers, developers, product managers, and designers to help ensure our platform delivers a high\-quality experience to customers worldwide. You'll gain practical experience in software testing, automation, Agile development, and modern cloud\-based applications.
Responsibilities
* Assist in creating and executing test cases for web applications and APIs. * Learn and contribute to manual and automated testing efforts. * Support the QA team in identifying, documenting, and tracking software defects. * Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, standups, and retrospectives. * Help develop and maintain automated test scripts for UI and API testing. * Collaborate with developers and product teams to understand feature requirements and expected behavior. * Perform regression, functional, and exploratory testing. * Assist in monitoring product quality metrics and test coverage. * Contribute ideas to improve testing processes and product quality. * Learn industry best practices in software quality assurance and test automation.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. * Basic programming knowledge in Java, Python, or JavaScript. * Understanding of software testing concepts and QA methodologies. * Familiarity with web applications and software development fundamentals. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Good written and verbal communication skills. * Eagerness to learn new technologies and testing tools. * Ability to work effectively in a collaborative remote environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Exposure to automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress through coursework, projects, or self\-learning. * Familiarity with Git or other version control systems. * Understanding of Agile development methodologies. * Experience with personal, academic, or open\-source software projects. * Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, or cloud technologies is a plus.
