Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced QA Lead Engineer with strong expertise in
Manual and Automation Testing. The candidate should have hands-on experience in
Playwright, JavaScript/TypeScript, REST Assured, Postman, MongoDB, and JMeter.
Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end QA activities across SDLC/STLC.

Define test strategy, test plans, scenarios, test cases, and test reports.

Lead Functional, Integration, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory, UAT, and E2E
Testing.

Develop and maintain UI automation using Playwright.

Develop API automation using REST Assured and perform API testing using Postman.
-
Perform MongoDB/NoSQL database validation and backend testing.
-
Perform Load, Stress, and Performance Testing using JMeter.
-
Test REST APIs, Microservices, third-party integrations, and end-to-end workflows.

Manage defects, triage, RCA, retesting, and closure using JIRA.

Integrate automation with Jenkins and CI/CD pipelines.
-
Monitor QA progress, risks, quality metrics, and release readiness.

Mentor QA engineers and ensure QA standards and best practices.
Key KRAs
- Quality & Release: Ensure testing completion, release readiness, and minimize
production defects.

Automation: Improve Playwright and REST Assured automation coverage and stability.

API & Database: Ensure API validation and MongoDB data consistency.

Performance: Execute JMeter performance and load testing.

Team Leadership: Plan QA activities, mentor team members, and review deliverables.

Defect & Risk Management: Drive defect triage, RCA, and risk mitigation.

Process Improvement: Promote Shift-Left Testing, Continuous Testing, Automation,
and Quality Engineering.

Pay: ₹2,200,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
