**Job Title:** QA/QC Engineer – Building Construction
**Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced **QA/QC Engineer** to join our construction team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of **3 years of hands\-on experience in material testing and quality assurance/quality control for building projects**.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform and supervise quality control activities for building construction projects. * Conduct and monitor material testing for concrete, steel, aggregates, cement, bricks, blocks, and other construction materials. * Ensure all works comply with project specifications, approved drawings, and relevant standards. * Prepare and maintain QA/QC documentation, inspection reports, and test records. * Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and laboratories for inspections and testing. * Identify quality issues, recommend corrective actions, and ensure timely closure. * Monitor workmanship and ensure adherence to quality procedures throughout project execution.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering. * Minimum **3 years of hands\-on experience** in QA/QC with a strong focus on **material testing** for **building construction projects**. * Sound knowledge of IS codes, QA/QC procedures, and construction standards. * Experience in preparing QA/QC documentation and coordinating inspections. * Good communication and reporting skills.
**Preferred Skills:**
* Experience working on residential, commercial, or high\-rise building projects. * Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and site quality inspections. * Ability to work independently and as part of a project team.
