  • Create lesson plans, project kits, assessment rubrics, and teacher guides.
  • Review and update content regularly using classroom feedback and learning outcomes.
  • Lead the design function: define design roles (UI/UX, learning material, and Makerspace/kit designers), set design standards, and manage design reviews and timelines.

  • Translate educational goals into clear user stories, requirements, and acceptance criteria for Full Stack, FE, and BE developers.
  • Oversee the development of learning platforms, dashboards, and digital tools, from prototype to launch.
  • Own the product backlog and roadmap, balancing technical constraints, timelines, and classroom needs.

Customer Training & Enablement

  • Design the customer training framework for schools, teachers, administrators, and students, including onboarding, certification, and ongoing professional development.

  • Build and manage a trainer team (internal trainers, master trainers, or partners), including training-the-trainer programs and quality standards.
  • Schedule and coordinate training across schools, managing logistics, timelines, and resources.
  • Track training effectiveness through attendance, feedback scores, teacher confidence, adoption rates, and student outcomes.
  • Continuously improve training content using classroom observations and customer feedback.
  • Set up support channels (helpdesk, community, office hours) to keep customers successful after training.

Product & Design Collaboration

  • Work with designers on learning materials, digital platforms, and Makerspace layouts.
