Senior Director of Field Service Location: Marietta, OH Job Type: Direct Hire Pay: Starting at $180,000 annually (higher compensation may be available based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Senior Director of Field Service to lead and grow a field service organization supporting electrical infrastructure and mission-critical environments. This leadership role will focus on building scalable service systems, developing preventative maintenance programs, managing service operations, and leading high-performing technical teams. The ideal candidate will be both a strategic leader and a hands-on problem solver with extensive experience in power distribution equipment and data center environments.
