**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Junior–Intermediate Full Stack Software Engineer** to join our growing **iQ AI team**. In this role, you will help design, build, and scale modern web applications and AI\-driven products that integrate with Qualifacts’ core platform.
You will collaborate with product managers, AI engineers, and senior developers to deliver high\-quality features that bring AI capabilities into real\-world healthcare workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who wants to work on **AI\-enabled products, modern cloud infrastructure, and scalable full\-stack systems**.
**Responsibilities**

* Design, build, and maintain full\-stack features for AI\-powered healthcare applications * Develop modern frontend interfaces using frameworks such as **React or Next.js** * Build and maintain backend services and APIs using **Node.js, Python, or similar technologies** * Integrate AI and data\-driven features into product workflows * Work with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) to deploy and scale applications * Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to ship new features * Write clean, maintainable, and well\-tested code * Participate in code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices * Troubleshoot and resolve production issues * Continuously improve system performance, reliability, and security
**Qualifications**

### **Required**
* 0\-2 years of professional software engineering experience * Experience building **full\-stack web applications** * Proficiency with **JavaScript/TypeScript** * Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred) * Experience building **REST APIs or backend services** * Familiarity with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.) * Understanding of software engineering fundamentals, version control (Git), and testing practices * Strong problem\-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively
### **Nice to Have**
* Experience with **AI/ML integrations or LLM\-based applications** * Experience with **Python for backend or data processing** * Familiarity with **cloud platforms (AWS preferred)** * Experience with **Docker or containerized deployments** * Exposure to healthcare, EHR systems, or regulated environments * Experience with event\-driven architectures or microservices
