Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze product requirements and user flows specific to hospitality operations to create detailed test plans, test cases, and test data.
- Perform manual and automation testing across functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end use cases for PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine, and POS modules.
- Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using Java with frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Validate third-party integrations such as OTA mapping, payment gateways, Google listing sync, booking engine connectivity, etc.
- Ensure automation scripts are integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins/GitLab) for continuous quality checks.
- Use Jira to execute test cases, log bugs, track issues, and maintain complete traceability.
- Identify defects, perform root cause analysis, and collaborate with developers, QA team, and product managers to ensure timely fixes.
- Work with cross-functional teams during onboarding, release cycles, and new feature rollouts.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously enhance QA processes, automation frameworks, and testing standards to improve product stability and performance.
- Perform functional testing of SaaS features to ensure they meet functional and business requirements.
- Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in software testing (manual + automation).
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
