Department: Quality Assurance / Quality Control
Experience Required: 2 to 8 Years
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Same field.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong knowledge of Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA).
- Good command of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Charts).
- Knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.
- Working knowledge of ERP / SAP systems.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Knowledge of 7 QC Tools, 5S, Kaizen, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Knowledge of FMEA, SPC, MSA, and PPAP.
- Experience in quality inspection, documentation, and reporting.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final product inspections.
- Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports.
- Identify defects and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Conduct root cause analysis and resolve quality issues.
- Coordinate with production and other departments.
- Handle customer complaints and support quality audits.
- Maintain quality records and documentation.
Candidate Requirements
- 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in Quality Engineering.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong computer knowledge and reporting skills.
- Ability to handle quality documentation and data analysis.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
