**Responsibilities**
* Manage daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, guest services, and night audit procedures to ensure smooth functioning. * Lead and supervise staff across departments such as front desk, housekeeping, food \& beverage, and guest relations to maintain high standards of service. * Develop and implement sales strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue, leveraging local market insights and customer relationships. * Oversee budgeting, revenue management, and cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. * Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety regulations, and brand standards; conduct regular staff training on phone etiquette, multi\-line phone systems, and guest interaction protocols. * Foster a welcoming environment by building strong guest relations and addressing concerns promptly to enhance overall guest satisfaction. * Collaborate with human resources on staffing needs, performance evaluations, and employee development initiatives.
**Qualifications**
* Proven supervising experience within the hospitality industry or hotel management roles. * Strong background in hospitality management with knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services. * Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and develop future leaders for the hotel’s growth trajectory. * Experience in budgeting, human resources practices, and customer service excellence is essential. * Familiarity with resort environments or large\-scale hotels will be advantageous. * Demonstrated ability to handle night audit procedures and manage front desk operations using multi\-line phone systems with professional phone etiquette.
