About the Role: As the Head of Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading a team that is responsible for Quandri’s cloud infrastructure, devops/devex, security, and compliance. You will be relied on to be the technical expert for customers assessing Quandri as a vendor in the procurement process. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will also contribute to building and driving a high-performing engineering organization that scales as headcount grows. Your expertise will be crucial in mentoring other developers, guiding them to grow their technical skills. You will also be responsible for hiring new talent and training them to ensure they meet our high standards. We expect effective communication and ownership, ensuring clarity and comprehensiveness. The ideal candidate is adaptable, curious, and driven, with a passion for diving deep into technical problems and a desire to make a significant impact. You will drive impact through team health, operational excellence, and delivering against aligned objectives.
