About your opportunity
**In this role you will:**
Lead and manage the delivery of small to large scale capital works projects within the Townsville Hospital and Health Service (Townsville HHS) project management methodology. Effectively manage the engagement and performance of project consultants and contractors to enable delivery of an on time, on budget quality project. Ensure project outcomes are achieved, and project management capability is maintained by leading a multidisciplinary team within a complex health environment.
PLEASE NOTE \- This is a temporary full\-time role, up to 12/12/2027\.

**Salary range:** $5370\.60 \- $5763\.70 p.f. (AO7\) 12\.75% employer contribution to superannuation 4 weeks annual leave with 17\.5% loading Locality allowance Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available
**Requirements:**
AQF Level 4 (or higher) tertiary qualification in project management (Highly Desirable). Hold current RegPM accreditation of CPPP (or higher) with the Australian Institute of Project Management (or like accreditation from another recognised project management institute or association) (Desirable). Hold a recognised AQF Level 4 (or higher) tertiary qualification in a health and/or infrastructure related field (Desirable). Have at least four years recently acquired experience leading, planning, and delivering (including monitoring, controlling, and reporting), client\-side projects.
