As a Senior Automation Engineer, you will design and build scalable automation frameworks, integrate them with CI/CD pipelines, and ensure high-quality software delivery in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright/Selenium
- Develop and execute automated test cases (functional, regression, integration)
- Integrate automation suites into CI/CD pipelines
- Participate in test data management and environment setup
- Customize Playwright reports and libraries
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve automation issues
- Generate test reports and analyze results for improvements
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders
- Mentor junior team members and drive best practices

Work Experience
- Strong experience in automation framework design and development.
Proficiency in Java and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Hands-on experience with:
Playwright
Cucumber (BDD framework)
Solid understanding of functional testing principles and test case design techniques.
Experience in API testing and automation.
Strong knowledge of:
Test case creation and execution
Identifying edge case scenarios
Defect tracking and reporting
Good understanding of version control systems (Git).
Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in CI/CD integration for automation pipelines.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
