Role- Deputy Manager – Omni Channel Operations
Experience: 5–10 Years Location: Noida
We are looking for an experienced Deputy Manager – Omni Channel Operations to manage end-to-end omnichannel and marketplace operations across stores, warehouses, marketplaces and technology platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Omni Channel & Marketplace forward/reverse operations.
- Handle Ship-from-Store, Click & Collect, Returns, Exchanges, RTO & Refunds.
- Lead new store onboarding and ensure system/process readiness.
- Monitor SLAs, fulfilment, returns, inventory and operational KPIs.
- Manage escalations and drive RCA with cross-functional teams.
- Develop SOPs and drive automation/process improvements.
- Prepare MIS and conduct regular business reviews.
- Lead, coach and manage the Omni Operations team.
Required Skills:
- 5–10 years of experience in Fashion/Lifestyle Retail, Omni Channel or Marketplace Operations.
- Strong knowledge of OMS, WMS, ERP, inventory and retail operations.
- Hands-on experience with marketplaces such as Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, AJIO, Nykaa Fashion or Tata Cliq.
- Advanced Excel, MIS, UAT and process documentation skills.
- Experience with Increff, Unicommerce, Business Central or similar platforms is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder, team management and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,100,000.00 per year
