UI/UX Designer

About the Role
We are looking for a creative and user-focused UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of user experience, interface design, and visual design principles, with the ability to convert business requirements into intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.
- Develop and maintain design systems, UI components, and style guides.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement designs.
- Translate business requirements into effective UX/UI solutions.
- Conduct usability testing and incorporate feedback to improve designs.
- Ensure consistency in branding, typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual experience.
- Review implemented designs and work with developers to ensure design accuracy.
- Stay updated with current UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of UI/UX design principles and user-centered design.
- Proficiency in Figma is required.
- Working knowledge of Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools is an advantage.
- Understanding of responsive design and mobile-first design principles.
- Knowledge of wireframing, prototyping, user flows, and usability testing.
- Good understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in Design, UI/UX, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of relevant UI/UX design experience.
- Candidates with a strong portfolio demonstrating web and mobile design projects will be preferred.
