- Supports all tactical activities for the internal recruitment process, assists in various internal recruitment projects and initiatives contributing to improving processes to support tactical support needs
- Researches and understands external market for key talent profiles for the areas supported including brands, cultures and title structures
- Supports TA by understanding the specific needs and requirements of open roles, specifically supports tactical, non communicative sourcing and long listing
- Qualifies head hunted profiles, resumes and job applications to longlist candidates that meet job requirement and qualifications of the assigned vacancy JD and intake meeting
- Identifies potential candidates on professional networks within time sensitive service level agreements and KPIs to match pace and quality of TA team Grade Description

- Applies extensive skills and expertise in a range of complex concepts, processes, procedures and systems
- May coordinate work, providing guidance and/or training to more junior team members
- Works autonomously based on existing practices, precedents or procedures; may provide input for improvements
- Impacts own team and other teams whose work activities are closely related; develops improvements to existing processes and procedures to improve the efficiency of the team
