- Screens CVs and applications, preparing structured shortlists for recruiter review.
- Coordinates interviews and assessments, managing complex scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
- Maintains candidate data in ATS, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
- Prepares candidate summaries and documentation for client submissions.
- Communicates with candidates to provide updates and ensure positive experiences.
- Supports onboarding activities, including document collection and compliance checks.
- Prepares simple recruitment reports on candidate volumes and pipeline status.
- Supports recruiters during high-volume hiring campaigns, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Grade Descriptor
