- Prepares and verifies candidate documentation, contracts, and compliance reports.
- Coordinates background checks, right-to-work validation, and regulatory requirements.
- Maintains advanced recruitment trackers and provides weekly performance dashboards.
- Supports onboarding processes for large client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Handles escalations from candidates or clients for documentation and compliance issues.
- Updates internal systems with accurate data and ensures integrity for audits.
- Provides training to junior support staff on systems and processes.
- Collaborates with recruiters and client managers to ensure seamless delivery. Grade Descriptor
