Job Summary
Ratusaria Industries Private Limited is looking for an experienced General Manager – Operations to lead and manage operations in our steel manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in steel plant operations, production planning, team management, and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage overall plant operations and ensure smooth production.
Achieve production, quality, and productivity targets.
Oversee Rolling Mill, Structural Mill, Long Product Mill, and Fabrication operations.
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Dispatch, Purchase, and HR teams.
Monitor production planning, machine utilization, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and statutory regulations.
Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
Lead, mentor, and develop plant teams.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Production, or Industrial Engineering.
Minimum 5 years of experience in the Steel Manufacturing Industry.
Experience in Rolling Mill, TMT, Structural Steel, Billet, or Fabrication operations will be preferred.
Strong leadership, planning, and problem\-solving skills.
Good communication and team management abilities.
