Job Title: Business Development Executive — Medical & Environmental Solutions
Location: Leamington Spa (Hybrid)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per year base, £60,000 OTE

About the Role
MedicAir and HWB360 are Raven Delta Group businesses delivering medical-grade air purification and indoor environmental quality monitoring solutions to healthcare, aged care, hospitality, housing, and corporate clients across the UK. We are hiring a Business Development Executive to lead new business sales and build a growing account base.
Responsibilities
- Generate and manage new business pipeline across MedicAir and HWB360's combined solution set
- Sell into healthcare, aged care, hospitality, housing, and corporate sectors
- Manage full sales cycle from prospecting through close
- Grow and retain won accounts, building toward a 50/50 split between new business and account growth
- Report pipeline and sales performance directly to the Group Business Development Director
Requirements
- Proven track record of hitting or exceeding B2B sales targets (essential)
- Experience managing a full sales cycle independently
- Medical, clinical, or healthcare solution sales experience beneficial but not essential
- Experience selling into procurement, facilities management, or healthcare buyers is an advantage
- Willingness to work hybrid from Leamington Spa office
