Business Development Manager, Real Estate Agent Recruiting
Field Sales | Full Time | Northern California
$70,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Incentives

This is not a desk job. We are looking for one experienced, highly motivated sales professional to be the face of REMAX Gold to real estate agents across Northern California. You will spend most of your week in the field, meeting agents in person, understanding their business, and showing them why REMAX Gold is the right place to grow it. Internally we call this work Selection, and it is one of the most important roles in our company.
WHAT YOU'LL DO

Meet one on one with agents and teams in person: at their offices, over coffee, at open houses, and at industry events.

Build and own a pipeline of prospective agents from first conversation through signed agreement.

Lead consultative conversations that uncover each agent's goals and show how REMAX Gold's brand, tools, training, and support help them reach those goals.

Hit weekly activity targets and monthly hiring goals, and track every relationship in our CRM.

Represent REMAX Gold at association meetings, networking functions, and company events.

Partner with office leadership so every new agent has a smooth, well supported start.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

5+ years of outside, field, or business to business sales with a documented record of exceeding quota.

Experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or recruiting is a strong plus. A real estate license is not required.

Confidence prospecting and building relationships face to face, including with seasoned, successful professionals.

Self directed and organized, with the discipline to manage your own calendar and pipeline.

Daily CRM user; comfortable with technology and learning new platforms.

Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout the region.
