Our teams help clients understand audience behavior, measure performance, uncover growth opportunities, and optimize business outcomes across the healthcare ecosystem. By combining healthcare expertise with data science, measurement, and strategic consulting, we help clients transform complex information into meaningful actions that drive impact for brands, healthcare professionals, and patients.  This role contributes to a broad range of analytics and intelligence work across marketing performance, social and digital listening, audience understanding, competitive and market landscaping, search behavior, and omnichannel experiences. You will help turn data from a range of sources into meaningful insights that inform communications, marketing, and business decisions for healthcare clients. Day to day, this may include supporting ongoing reporting, social and digital analyses, landscape assessments, performance measurement, ad-hoc research requests, and the development of clear, strategic narratives from both quantitative and qualitative data. You will work in partnership with senior leads and cross-functional teams to deliver standard and custom analyses across integrated campaigns and business questions. This role requires curiosity, strong analytical thinking, comfort working across different data sources and methodologies, and the ability to communicate findings in a way that is clear, actionable, and relevant to both internal teams and clients. This role can be remote within the United States or based in any of our U.S. office locations, including New York City, Boston, Chicago, Lambertville, NJ, San Francisco, or Carmel, IN.  What you’ll do:  <ul> <li>Support day-to-day analytics and intelligence workstreams across client accounts, including ongoing reporting, ad-hoc analysis, social and digital listening, landscape research, and performance measurement </li> <li>Assist in the development of integrated analyses that combine multiple inputs, such as social conversation, media performance, web behavior, search trends, audience data, competitive activity, and campaign KPIs </li> <li>Aggregate, clean, organize, and interpret data across digital, social, search, marketing, and customer analytics platforms </li> <li>Build and refine keyword-based queries, Boolean searches, and data pulls to support social listening, digital landscape, audience, and competitive analyses </li> <li>Develop reporting deliverables with accurate data, initial insights, implications, and recommendations for internal team review </li> <li>Help synthesize research into clear strategic narratives that guide client communications, marketing, and engagement strategies </li> <li>Assist with monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based listening, measurement, trends, and performance reports </li> <li>Participate in KPI framework development, success metric definition, and measurement planning across complex, multitouch customer journeys </li> <li>Support influencer, stakeholder, audience, or competitive assessments as needed </li> <li>Partner with account, strategy, activation, data visualization, and data science teams to connect insights across functions </li> <li>Present findings in a professional manner to internal and external audiences </li> <li>Assist in training junior resources on analytics, social listening, reporting, insight development, and client-ready storytelling </li> <li>Participate in internal initiatives, brainstorms, capability development, and collaborative efforts across the Integrated Intelligence team </li> </ul> This position is a perfect fit for you if:  <ul> <li>Our Company values, Best Together, Impact Obsessed, Excellence Expected, Evolve Always, and Accountability with an "I", genuinely resonate with how you work and lead. </li> <li>You demonstrate the Real Chemistry Can mindset by approaching challenges with optimism, accountability, creativity, and a solutions-oriented attitude, always looking for ways to make a meaningful impact for our clients, colleagues, and communities. </li> <li>You are adaptable, resilient, and comfortable adjusting your scope, responsibilities, and priorities in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
