Key Responsibilities
Manage solar data workflows supporting BPS compliance and asset performance:
configure and maintain solar meters in ESPM to ensure on-site generation is accurately
credited toward EUI calculations; pull and review inverter output data at a regular
cadence; identify and escalate underperforming systems based on variance from
expected generation benchmarks
Monitor jurisdictional BPS compliance portals to verify property-level performance
targets and compliance status; cross-reference against vendor BPS dashboards to
confirm alignment, and document and escalate any discrepancies for resolution
Conduct a building plans audit (BPS imported regions); perform targeted outreach to
obtain missing or incorrect documents in advance of compliance deadlines
Manage the ESPM profile share process with third-party audit engineers, maintaining
access controls and process consistency
Coordinate with IPP to obtain required REC documentation, including ownership records
and retirement certificates, and supply completed packages to Conservice or other
applicable reporting entities in alignment with jurisdictional BPS compliance
requirements
Manage jurisdictional building portal access for managed-portal jurisdictions: initiate and
track access requests with ownership groups and reporting agencies, provision
credentials for engaged engineers and consultants, and revoke access upon
disengagement to maintain a current and controlled access roster ahead of compliance
submission windows
Support general compliance documentation, tracking, and reporting as directed
