**YOUR DAY AS A RECRUITING SPECIALIST \- HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER**
In this Recruiting Specialist \- Human Resources Manager role, you'll kick off each day by reviewing recruitment activity and team updates. From there, you'll dive into all things HR: managing benefits, overseeing insurance, streamlining onboarding, and ensuring compliance with company policies. A major part of your day will focus on recruiting top\-tier industrial refrigeration technicians nationwide, collaborating with department leaders to understand needs, screening applicants, and conducting interviews. You'll keep HR operations running smoothly so our people can thrive\-and so we can keep delivering exceptional results to our clients.
**WHAT'S REQUIRED?**
* 5\+ years of experience as an HR Manager * Proven experience in nationwide recruiting * Knowledge of the industrial refrigeration/mechanical industry (preferred)
