Your role
As part of our Auto & Home Platform, we are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to support customers when they need immediate assistance on the road or at home. In this role, you will handle auto assistance cases from the first call to the final follow-up: assessing the situation, checking coverage, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring that each customer receives clear, efficient and reassuring support.
- Handle assistance requests, including incoming calls in Switzerland and internationally
- Check coverage and open assistance files
- Organize and coordinate assistance services
- Follow up on cases and coordinate with the relevant stakeholders
- Manage complex situations and sensitive cases with professionalism
- Take part in on-call duties as part of 24/7 rotations
What you will bring with you
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong customer-oriented mindset
- Ability to remain calm, structured and solution-oriented in complex or stressful situations
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Team spirit, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in French, English, German and Italian
