As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll lead the design and development of technical solutions. You’ll stay hands-on, while sharing your knowledge, mentoring team members and helping them build their skills.
Skills and experience for this role:
- Experience as a back-end or full-stack engineer, working with Java. Experience with React, Python or Kotlin is a bonus, but not essential.
- Experience with REST API development and backend integration, migration and integration experience would be a bonus.
- Hands on experience with CI/CD pipelines, and automation testing.
- Exposure to container technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools such as Kubernetes.
- Experience developing, configuring and deploying solutions on AWS or Azure or GCP.
- Good listening and communication skills, with an openness to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
A willingness to question how things are done and help us find better ways of working.
