We build pergolas. We install our SkyPoly pergola roofs.
We are looking for an Inside Sales / Outside Sales Estimator
**Responsibilities:**
* Selling our pergola roofs to local contractors, homeowners, and DIY folks * Meet with homeowners onsite to discuss their outdoor living projects and recommend the right solution * Evaluate existing pergolas, outdoor structures, and jobsite conditions * Take accurate field measurements and identify important construction considerations * Develop project scopes and build accurate customer estimates and quotes * Handle incoming retail phone sales and help customers select the right products and options * Responding to incoming leads through Hubspot, in person, and over phone * Sales will mostly be in OKC, but we do also sell a bunch to central USA * Generate and follow up on sales leads, provide quotes, and close deals * Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in\-house crews * Monitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards * Maintain clear communication with homeowners throughout the process

**Requirements:**
* In person / in office work * Previous experience in outdoor construction, general contracting, or residential construction sales preferred * Strong organizational and project management skills * Excellent verbal and written communication * Professional appearance and attitude * Comfortable working in the field and office * Knowledge of construction timelines, permitting, and materials
