About Cart2Cargo
Cart2Cargo is a supply chain and logistics technology company building an AI-powered eCommerce Order Fulfillment Platform and Logistics Operating System.
Our platforms help logistics and fulfillment organizations improve operational efficiency, automate processes, increase visibility, reduce costs, and scale their businesses. We also provide custom technology solutions for the supply chain and logistics industry.
We are looking for a few experienced, entrepreneurial Sales Managers to help accelerate our growth and build long-term customer relationships across the logistics and fulfillment ecosystem.
The Opportunity

This is a hands-on, consultative sales role. The ideal candidate understands logistics operations and technology, can engage confidently with senior decision-makers, and is capable of taking opportunities from prospecting through discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and close.

- eCommerce Fulfillment Centers
- Last-Mile Delivery Companies

Key Responsibilities
- New Business Development
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for Cart2Cargo's logistics technology solutions.

- Consultative Selling
- Understand customers' business processes, operational challenges, technology environments, and growth objectives.
- Lead discovery meetings with business, operations, and technology stakeholders.
- Translate customer challenges into appropriate Cart2Cargo solutions.
- Present compelling demonstrations and business cases focused on measurable outcomes.
- Clearly communicate the value of automation, operational visibility, scalability, integration, and cost reduction.
- Position Cart2Cargo as a strategic technology partner rather than simply a software vendor.
- Enterprise & Solution Sales
- Manage complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Work with Product, Engineering, Operations, and Leadership teams to develop solutions for customer requirements.
- Coordinate proof-of-concepts, pilots, technical discussions, and solution evaluations.
- Prepare proposals, pricing, statements of work, and commercial presentations.
- Lead contract and commercial negotiations while protecting company objectives and margins.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reporting.
- Market Development
- Build a strong understanding of trends and competitive dynamics across logistics, fulfillment, transportation, and supply chain technology.
- Identify emerging customer needs and new market opportunities.
- Develop account-based sales strategies for priority verticals.
- Build relationships with technology partners, consultants, industry associations, and other strategic partners.
- Provide customer and market feedback to Product and Leadership teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Customer Relationship Management
- Establish trusted, long-term relationships with customers and prospects.
- Maintain regular executive-level engagement with strategic accounts.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion, additional products, and new business units.
- Partner with Customer Success and Delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Support customer references, case studies, testimonials, and industry success stories.
