- You lead and implement the sales strategy in your region or customer group and actively develop new market opportunities
- You build strong, long‑term customer relationships through regular visits, technical consulting, and professional negotiations

What you bring to the table:

- You bring at least 5 years of professional experience in energy technology, transformer or substation technology, control systems, or commissioning of electrical equipment
- You communicate business‑fluently in English; additional language skills are an advantage
- You have a strong sales mindset, negotiation skills, and an entrepreneurial, customer‑oriented attitude
- You work independently, take ownership, and demonstrate confident and professional behavior with customers
- You are willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 50%
