Guide and lead subordinates in eliminating redundant time intensive systems, implementing sound design processes and adhering to quality practices. Manage technical and functional deliverables and maintain deadlines. Provide leadership in understanding customer’s needs. Set process development standards and deliver products within budget, schedule, and quality guidelines. Perform knowledge transfer workshops and solution presentations to the clients and business users. Work with various technologies such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe, visual design and JavaScript. This position will require travel within the U.S. The travel frequency and duration will depend on the project's requirements ranging from occasional trips lasting a few days to regular or extended periods away, depending on the scope of responsibilities. Job Requirements: Requires bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering (any), or related.
