Step into a day that blends reliability, projects, and compliance

Picture beginning your morning on the production floor of our Jackson, TN plant, which manufactures Datacom and OEM assembly products. You review the preventive maintenance dashboard, confirm critical work orders are queued, and huddle with Production Scheduling to align priorities. By mid-morning, you’re supervising the commissioning of a new machine—verifying specs, sign-offs, and startup records—then shifting to a vendor review to finalize bids for a facilities upgrade. In the afternoon, you oversee an environmental compliance audit, close out stormwater sampling logs, and coach your Maintenance team on safety procedures and root-cause problem solving. You wrap the day with budget tracking and a quick pulse check with your crew—celebrating wins and planning tomorrow’s improvements.
