Remote Recruitment is hiring a Billing Administrator for a UK-based employer, fully remote from South Africa.
Role overview
You'll keep a UK team's billing accurate and on schedule, issuing invoices and resolving billing queries as they come in.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices
- Investigate and resolve billing queries and disputes
- Reconcile billing records against payments received
- Maintain accurate billing data in Excel and internal systems
- Report on billing status to the wider finance team
What you'll need
- Experience with Excel, including formulas and pivot tables
- Experience in a billing, invoicing or accounts role
- Strong attention to detail with numbers
- Reliable home internet and a quiet space for UK-hours work
- Confident, clear communication when resolving billing queries
Nice to have
- Experience with recurring or subscription billing
- Familiarity with Sage or Xero
- Prior remote finance support experience
