**Job Description**

Individual will be responsible for managing the hardware development of SOC/MCU from concept to mass production. During the life cycle of the project, he would be responsible for

**Responsibilities:**

* Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands\-on experience in of HW Chip development (CPU’s/GPU’s/MCU’s/SoC’s/Memory dev etc.) * Able to plan and manage complex Projects spanning across multiple departments and different development phases (from concept to production). * Collaborate with cross\-functional teams including design, verification, software, and manufacturing to define project scope, goals, and deliverables. * Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against milestones. * Ensure \& manage project KPIs. * Identify the opportunities to improve productivity \& development efficiency. * Should be able to upfront Identify \& mitigate the risks. * Managing timely and clear communication upwards \& within the team. * Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders, including senior management and customers. * Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies. * Sharing the best practices with other project managers. * Mentor and guide junior project managers and team members.

**Qualifications**

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. * 12\+ years of experience in hardware project management, with a focus on SoC/MCU development. * Able to communicate in both Japanese \& English * Proven track record of successfully managing large\-scale, complex hardware projects. * Strong understanding of MCU/SoC architecture, design, and verification processes. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast\-paced, dynamic environment. * PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
