Key Responsibilities
- Lead retail operations, customer service standards, and daily business performance
- Oversee inventory control, product presentation, stock records, and sales workflows
- Manage staff performance, schedules, training, and operational procedures
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, service partners, and internal teams
- Monitor sales reports, budgets, stock movement, customer feedback, and service quality
- Develop strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and business growth
- Prepare senior-level reports, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
What We Are Looking For
Experience
- Strong experience in retail operations, antiques, collectables, specialist retail, customer service, or inventory management
- Previous senior management or department-level leadership experience is preferred
- Experience working in a UK-based retail, luxury goods, homeware, antiques, or specialist product environment is an advantage
