**Key Responsibilities**
* Lead retail operations, customer service standards, and daily business performance * Oversee inventory control, product presentation, stock records, and sales workflows * Manage staff performance, schedules, training, and operational procedures * Coordinate with suppliers, customers, service partners, and internal teams * Monitor sales reports, budgets, stock movement, customer feedback, and service quality * Develop strategies to improve store efficiency, customer experience, and business growth * Prepare senior\-level reports, operational updates, and improvement recommendations
**What We Are Looking For**
Experience
* Strong experience in retail operations, antiques, collectables, specialist retail, customer service, or inventory management * Previous senior management or department\-level leadership experience is preferred * Experience working in a UK\-based retail, luxury goods, homeware, antiques, or specialist product environment is an advantage
