We are looking for an experienced Recruitment and Operations Manager with a strong background in overseas manpower recruitment and a solid understanding of Department of Migrant Workers (DMW) regulations and processes.
The successful candidate will oversee end-to-end recruitment operations, ensure compliance with government requirements, and lead the recruitment team in delivering qualified candidates for overseas employment opportunities.
Qualifications
- At least 5 years of experience in overseas manpower recruitment, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- With Retal, Manufacturing, FMCG industry background
- Strong working knowledge of DMW regulations, licensing, accreditation, and overseas worker deployment processes is required.
- Proven experience managing recruitment teams and operational workflows.
- Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with foreign employers and international recruitment requirements is an advantage.
Pay: Php60,000.00 - Php70,000.00 per month
