Graphic Designer (with UI/UX skills)
Experience: 1–3 years in an agency or D2C brand, with a strong ad-creative portfolio.
Role in one line: Designs ad creatives and social content that sell, and handles landing-page and banner design in Figma.
Key responsibilities

Design static ads, carousels and catalogue overlays for Meta and Google (all placements and sizes)

Design social media posts, stories and highlight covers per the monthly calendar

Produce 3–5 creative variations per test brief from the ad specialists

Design landing pages, website banners and Shopify sections in Figma, handed off cleanly to the developer

Create and maintain brand kits and templates in Canva/Figma for each client

Basic motion: animated statics and simple GIFs/motion graphics

Retouch and edit product photos from shoots
Must-have skills

Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, Figma (auto layout, components), Canva

Strong typography, layout and visual hierarchy; designs that read in under 2 seconds on mobile

Understands ad formats, safe zones and text-on-image best practices

Portfolio with real ads, not just social posts
Good to have: After Effects, packaging/print design, AI image tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Higgsfield).
KPIs: Creatives delivered on time, share of winning ads designed, Figma handoffs with zero rework.
Screening task: Give a product image and an offer; ask for 3 static ad variations for a D2C Fashion brand for Women's category new launch (1:1 and 9:16) and one landing-page hero section in Figma.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
