Key Responsibilities:
- Track and monitor fill rate performance across E-commerce and Modern Trade channels.
- Manage Purchase Order (PO) tracking and Order Tracking for identified E-commerce platforms and Modern Trade accounts.
- Coordinate product deliveries from distributors to E-commerce platforms and Modern Trade customers to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Place primary orders from IBF to distributors and follow up for timely billing and order processing.
- Coordinate with distributors, warehouses, logistics partners, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless order execution.
- Collect and maintain onboarding documents from internal teams, distributors, and customers for new account activation.
- Conduct daily tracking of E-commerce and Modern Trade pricing, promotions, offers, and competitor activities.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for E-commerce and Modern Trade sales and operations.
- Reconcile orders, invoices, and delivery status while ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Support listing management, product availability, and inventory coordination across E-commerce and Modern Trade channels.
- Coordinate with Key Account Managers (KAMs), Sales, Supply Chain, and Finance teams for smooth operational execution.
- Ensure adherence to customer SLAs, operational timelines, and internal compliance requirements.
- Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements to enhance service levels and fill rates.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
