Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to join our sales team. He will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring excellent in-store execution, and achieving assigned sales targets within the allocated territory. The role requires regular market visits, distributor coordination, and effective execution of company initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory.
Visit assigned outlets as per the journey plan and ensure market coverage.
Establish, develop, and maintain strong business relationships with customers and key stakeholders.
Ensure product availability, visibility, merchandising, and execution of promotional activities at outlets.
Monitor stock levels at stores and coordinate with distributors to prevent stock-outs.
Drive secondary sales through effective outlet management and order generation.
Track competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and market trends and provide market intelligence.
Provide regular sales reports, market feedback, and business updates to management.
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
2–3 years of experience in FMCG sales.
Experience in Modern Trade, General Trade, or Distributor Management preferred.
Knowledge of Bangalore market and Modern Trade accounts will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
