Human Resources Generalist (Remote)
Role & Responsibilities
Provide HR services to support candidates, employees, and managers across multiple locations. Manage key HR processes such as employment offers, onboarding, employee relations, policies, leaves of absence, and terminations, utilizing HRIS systems. Collaborate with recruitment on hiring and updates, coordinate meetings with managers, conduct exit interviews, and assist with benefits and employee issues. Support and potentially back-up HR management functions related to HRIS, benefits, and performance management. Foster strong relationships across the organization, ensuring efficient HR operations in a virtual environment.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelorâs degree in HR, Business, or related field with 3-5 years of relevant experience, especially in hiring, onboarding, and HRIS.
- Strong HRIS proficiency (preferably UKG).
- Experience with investigations, corrective actions, and terminations preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, virtual setting.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and adaptable to organizational needs.
