What you will do: Perform employee payment analysis for employee reimbursements before payments are input in the pay system. Assist in reviewing, researching, and adjusting time records to ensure accuracy to complete payroll. Perform bi-weekly timesheet processing and labor costing at the end of the timesheet period. Reconcile labor costs to ensure all employees are paid according to hours worked. Review biweekly payroll reports for accuracy. Provide annual timekeeping training Perform review and follow-up of tax forms for annual tax forms requirement. Participate in special projects such as accounting software updates and audits Understand HR Policies that apply to timekeeping to assist with answering employee and manager questions. Cross train co-workers to support positions in their absence. Other departmental duties as assigned Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or years of experience equivalent to degree Five or more years of labor and payroll accounting and processing experience Experience working with general accounting principles U.S. citizen required Qualifications We Prefer: Added experience in general ledger accounting and account reconciliations prefered Experience with Government Travel Regulations is a plus Experience working with Costpoint and Deltek Time & Expense a plus Ability to work in a team environment The flexibility to work occasional non-duty hours to support specific project requirements This position is remote Benefits of Working at RGNext RGNext offers our team of experienced, professional employees an environment of challenging, stimulating and personally and professionally rewarding career opportunities and growth.
